These builders have been building in the neighborhood for over two decades and have a proven track record and credibility established over several years. Your builder has to meet the requirements of the ACC guidelines for approved builders. This is a simple process. Buuilding costs vary from $ 125 per square feet to $ 300 per sq.ft. depending upon how detailed the homes are.
